These cabins are all custom made per order. There is a 10% material surcharge on all buildings. The base model comes with two windows, one door, and seven foot walls. The studs are 16" on center and the rafters are 24". There are many different options to choose from. The maximum size is 14' wide and 40' long. Prices vary upon size desired and options. Insulation, electric and white pine interior are some of the options. Prices range from $5,250- $13,300 for the unfinished ones.
